Focusing on What Matters Most for ISD 77
-
Middle and high school are critical inflection points. We must create secondary learning environments that foster deep belonging, ignite curiosity, and provide flexible pathways—preparing every student whether their next step is a university degree, technical training, or direct entry into the workforce.
-
Academic achievement depends on a healthy environment. We need proactive, accessible mental health support for students and a district culture that actively supports our teachers and staff—ensuring manageable working conditions, competitive resources, and mutual respect.
-
Technology should enhance learning without replacing human connection. Tracy supports integrating cutting-edge programming and future-ready curriculum paired with ethical standards, digital wellness protections, and clear boundaries around screen time and privacy.
